Sydney, AU / ANZ Remote

Digital Designer (Brand & Marketing)

Join one of the fastest-growing tech companies, and industry-leading products behind ‘online fundraising’ in the impact sector, enabling thousands of the world's most loved charities to raise money and deliver change for good.

We’re an ambitious bunch with big goals. Over 10 years we’ve grown to support more than 1000+ charities internationally, with a current team of 110+ passionate fundraising software professionals across 4 global offices (Australia, NZ, UK, USA). We act as one global team and have a great culture with a load of benefits (health and well-being, work-from-anywhere policies, bonus leave days and more).

We’re looking for a smart, ambitious & down-to-earth team member to join us on our next stage of growth in ANZ.

The opportunity

Funraisin powers online fundraising for 1,000+ charities worldwide—from household-name nonprofits to grassroots changemakers. Our technology helps them raise more, move faster, and create online supporter experiences that inspire action.

We’re looking for a creative partner for our marketing team—a hands-on digital designer who will help us imagine and execute all the ways we can bring our platform to life.

You’ll design and build the digital experiences that showcase the power of Funraisin’s features and the incredible campaigns charities are running on it. From immersive landing pages and product showcases to inspiring campaigns and email journeys (think webinars, case studies, product launches, and guides).

You’ll help fundraisers see what’s possible.

We’re not looking for safe, cookie-cutter design.

We want someone who brings real creative vision—thinking in shapes, lines, colour, typography, motion, and composition—to create bold, beautiful layouts for our own site, campaigns, and marketing. Every page, email, and asset you design will showcase what’s possible on Funraisin—so when fundraisers see it, they think, “I want our website to look like that.”

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and building web pages in our Funraisin CMS (visual builder—no coding required, CSS familiarity a plus)
  • Creating and styling landing pages, blogs, feature/product pages, and demo sites that showcase our platform and client work
  • Designing and building emails in ActiveCampaign using brand templates/modules
  • Applying UX fundamentals to ensure pages and emails are mobile responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused
  • Collaborating with marketing on product launches, GTM campaigns, and fundraising showcases
  • Refreshing and maintaining the Funraisin website—adding new sections, optimising content, improving flow
  • Designing assets for social, paid campaigns, sales decks, and guides as part of integrated campaigns
  • Supporting sales enablement with designed materials that land with impact

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of digital design experience with strong hands-on web and email production skills
  • A portfolio that shows live, functional web projects—landing pages, blogs, microsites, or feature pages you’ve designed and built
  • Highly skilled designing in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with CMS or visual builders for end-to-end page creation
  • Understanding of UX best practices and responsive design
  • Experience in email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign)
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for cohesive brand storytelling

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with CSS tweaks or learning basic front-end styling
  • Have worked on demo sites or interactive microsites
  • Can create lightweight animations or motion graphics to showcase product features and UI

Why join Funraisin

  • Flexible work from anywhere in Australia (East Coast timezone preferred)
  • Generous leave, wellness benefits, and bonus days off
  • Join a global team of 120+ across markets
  • Play a key role in how we show up online—across web, email, and campaign channels
  • Get variety and ownership across big campaigns and day-to-day content
  • Work on a product that genuinely helps charities do more good
