We’ve introduced a new way to capture donations more seamlessly with the Donation Modal.
This feature allows donation forms to open in a modal overlay rather than redirecting supporters to a separate page. It helps reduce friction in the giving experience by keeping supporters in context—whether they’re donating from a campaign page, landing page, or external site.
The Donation Modal is designed to support higher conversion rates by making the donation process feel faster, simpler, and more integrated into your existing pages.

Messages: Opt-Out And Bounce Reporting Updates
We’ve added two new reports within Messages Insights to give you better visibility into supporter communication preferences and message delivery.
The Opt-Out Report provides a clear view of which supporters have unsubscribed from Engagement messages across your platform. This helps you understand current communication preferences and ensure your messaging respects supporter intent.
The Bounce Report gives insight into messages that could not be delivered, including whether the issue is temporary or permanent, along with detailed delivery responses. This makes it easier to identify and resolve delivery issues.
Both reports are available to download directly from Messages Insights.

Multi-charity member record permission
This update lets multiple charities access the main member record and shared entrants, with options for read-only or full edit access. It makes collaboration much smoother when more than one charity is involved in a program or event—everyone can see the same supporter information without duplicating records or asking each other for updates.

Regular-giving upsell
You can now add a regular giving upsell to the donation journey.
When a donor selects a once-off gift (or when frequency options are hidden), an optional prompt appears inviting them to switch to a recurring donation before entering their details. The step presents the choice at a natural point in the flow and does not interrupt the giving process.

Sender Name and Reply-To fields are now editable in Messages
In Messages, charities can now set the “Reply-To” and “Sender Name” for both transactional and triggered emails.
This helps ensure supporter replies go to the right inbox, like a specific support address for a federated charity, instead of a shared one. It also enables different campaigns to use the most relevant sender name or relationship holder.

Core SEO improvements have been rolled out across key fundraising pages to improve how they appear and perform in search results. Page titles and descriptions are now more unique across DIY Events, registration, and fundraiser search pages, helping search engines better understand page intent. Four-weekly regular giving option
A new four-weekly regular giving option is now available across the platform.
This schedule allows supporters to give every four weeks instead of monthly. Because four-weekly payments occur 13 times in a calendar year (rather than 12 monthly gifts), organisations may see an increase in annual value from regular givers without introducing additional campaigns or extra donation asks.
Regular giving remains a key source of predictable, sustainable income. The four-weekly schedule provides an additional payment frequency that feels familiar to supporters while increasing total yearly contributions.
You can switch this on from any page that contains a donation block:

Flexible control over registration and donation receipts
Admins now have the flexibility to disable registration receipts while continuing to send donation receipts made during event signup. This gives organizations more control over supporter communications, particularly in regions with specific receipt preferences, while ensuring donors always receive the documentation they need.

You can now unlock an optimised mobile donation flow for peer-to-peer campaigns, informed by testing that delivered up to a 7% uplift in mobile conversions. With 66% of peer-to-peer donations happening on mobile, the update creates a clearer, more focused experience on small screens by separating the “leave a message” moment into its own lightweight step—helping supporters stay in flow while preserving the personal message fundraisers value.
This update is available platform-wide and ready to switch on today. If you’ve got a peer-to-peer campaign live, enable it with a single setting: edit your Event → open Donation defaults → under Form options, tick Separate message step (mobile).

You can now add donation eCards to any Visual Builder donation block.

ACH One time donations
ACH one-time donations are now available for US-based charities, offering a new payment option powered by Stripe.
ACH payments allow donors to make secure, one-time gifts directly from their bank accounts. With ACH, donations are saved as 'pending' until confirmed by Stripe—typically within 5 business days—after which the donation status updates to 'successful' or 'failed,' and donors receive an automatic notification.
