The Opportunity:
As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll join our Global Professional Services team working alongside experienced professionals to deliver websites and fundraising projects for our charity clients across Australia & New Zealand. This role provides strong exposure to digital project management and client-facing work.
This typically involves:
- Reviewing project briefs and drafting scopes of work to deliver these briefs
- Conducting discovery and kickoff calls to confirm project requirements
- Managing timelines for new implementations
- Managing site amends and client updates
- Keeping the internal team updated on timings to ensure deadlines and project's scope of work are met
